Washington (dbTechno) – According to reports, two PC laptop makers are set to use the Intel Core 2 Duo processors which were used and are being used in the Apple MacBook Air. The Intel Core 2 Duo processors were made specifically for the Apple MacBook Air as they are miniature in size.
Two PC laptop makers are going to be able to use the MacBook Air CPU from Intel in their laptops. This is likely going to create some competition for the MacBook Air as the companies are set out to create extremely portable and small PC laptops.
The chips Intel put out for the MacBook Air have been made 60% smaller, which is quite impressive considering their power.
The names of the two PC laptop makers are still not known to this point, but rumors are pointing to Fujitsu and Lenovo.
It is possible though that the MacBook Air will have a serious competitor as these systems will be powered by Windows.
