Microsoft Launches Messenger 7 On Mac For Corporate, Personal Use

Washington (dbTechno) – Microsoft has launched the new Microsoft Messenger for Mac 7. The new Messenger is intended for both corporate use as well as personal use, with many new features for Mac users to enjoy.

Those on the corporate end can use the new Messenger for Mac to manage their corporate address book from within Messenger. It also supports the Mac OS X Bonjour instant networking technology.

Other features in the corporate edition include face-to-face meetings over Messenger, multi-party audio and video conferencing, as well as much more.

The personal edition features new networking technology, as was a new way to search within your contact list. You can even now give your contacts a nickname, so if they ever change their screen name, it will continue to look the same for you.

Mac OS X 10.4.9 or later is required to run Messenger for Mac 7.
