The Wall Street Journal reported on Monday that cellular carriers thus far are failing to meet the schedule set by Google to have some Android phones out and ready by this November.

Companies already working on Android phones include T-Mobile USA, Sprint Nextel Corp., China Mobile, and others.

The Wall Street Journal reported that it is likely that Sprint Nextel Corp. will see a delay into 2009 for their Android phone.

The same is likely for China Mobile, while T-Mobile USA may still meet a November launch.

Google has had a hard time getting Android supported by many mobile-software developers.

Reports state that it is a bit hard to develop programs on as Google is still putting the finishing touches on it.
