The idea behind the application is to turn your Apple iPhone into a modem.

The Netshare application has appeared, and them been removed from the iPhone App Store on two different occasions over the course of the past week.

Still though, neither Apple, nor AT&T have said anything as to why this is the case.

Netshare was being sold on the iPhone App store at the price point of $9.99, and is a tethering application.

This allows users to create a network between their iPhone and their computer, which would allow a computer to use the data connection of the iPhone for an Internet connection.

Netshare was the first application to offer this officially, beyond any jailbroken applications.
