Apple Updates iPhone Software 2.0 With Major Bug Fixes

Apple released the first update to the highly-anticipated iPhone 2.0 software, fixing some major bugs.....Washington (dbTechno) – Apple released the first update to the highly-anticipated iPhone 2.0 software, fixing some major bugs.

On Monday afternoon, the Apple iPhone update went live, with users being prompted to update their devices.

This is the first update released since the launch of iPhone 2.0 software, and is expected to include bug fixes, as well as some performance upgrades with the device.

On top of the update for iPhone owners, iPod Touch owners have received a similar update as well.

The updates address security, feature, as well as maintenance issues.

Some changes include the ability to drag app icons across multiple pages in one motion.

They have also improved contacts, the back-up process, keypad loads, etc.

Increased performance between applications on the home screen, and improved sync times are also being touted.

The update comes in as a 249.2MB download, and installs after it backs up the previous software.
