First Photos Of Planets Outside Our Solar System Taken

Astronomers have managed to take the first photos of planets outside of our own solar system.......Washington (dbTechno) – Astronomers have managed to take the first photos of planets outside of our own solar system.

NASA, along with the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory have released the first-ever pictures taken from planets outside of our solar system.

The Gemini North and Keck telescopes took the poctures from Hawaii.

The pictures were taken of three extrasolar planets which orbit the star HR8799.

The star they orbit is said to be 1.5 times bigger than our sun, and is 130 light-years away in a constellation known as Pegasus.

Along with the images of these 3 planets, the Hubble Space Telecope picked up an image of a 4th planet in the system as well.

  • THAT proves theres life other than us well done… can you tell me whats going to happen when our planets line up exactly in the same line facing the blackhole,whitch happens every 30,000 years.its ment to be happening 2012,21 december 11:12am
