HP Steps Up To Plate, Launches New Photo App For iPhone

Washington (dbTechno) – HP has stepped up to the plate and has launched their own application for the Apple iPhone.

This new application is known as iPrint Photo and is available for download through the App Store.

This new app allows users to view their photos and pictures, and print them wirelessly.

All you need to do is load up the application, view a picture, and tap on it.  A few seconds later, it will wirelessly begin printing on your inkjet printer.

HP stated that images that you store on your iPhone or iPod Touch will print on the majority of HP inkjet printers that are networked.

The printer will have to be on your local Wi-Fi network, as will the iPhone for this to work.

The pictures will print out as a standard photo size.
