Get Ready, Today You Can Go From Vista To Windows 7 Beta

Washington (dbTechno) – Get ready, today is the day that you can upgrade your PC from Windows Vista to the Windows 7 Beta for free.

Microsoft is set to release the first public beta of Windows 7 today to the first 2.5 million people who download it.

The download is only going to be available for a period of time today, January 9th.

The hype surrounding this new operating system is extremely high as many simply cannot wait to upgrade and get away from Windows Vista.

The operating system will be released in beta form as a free download on Friday.

This is not going to last long though as once that download limit is reached, it is all but over.

The Windows 7 Beta will exprire on August 1st, 2009.  There is no word as to what you will have to do at this point, as you may have to go back to Vista SP1 or a Windows 7 Beta 2.
