Download Away, Windows 7 Release Candidate Launches

Washington (dbTechno) – Microsoft has announced the launch of the official Windows 7 Release Candidate (RC) for all to try out.

The Windows download site, as well as Microsoft TechNet are the two locations you can jump on to be able to give Windows 7 a test-run.

Here, you will be able to download the Windows 7 RC to do with what you please.

It is going to be available for dnowload through July 2009, with an unlimited number of people being given the chance to try it out.

The official expiration date for Windows 7 RC will be June 2010, so you are free to use it once you download it until that time.

This is big news as it shows that Windows 7 is closer than ever to a real official release.

All you have to do to get Windows 7 RC running is to download the file, burn the ISO file to a DVD, install, and off you go.
