Twittering Coming to Fox’s Fringe and Glee

Boston (DbTechNo) – It is being reported that Fox is planning to introduce Twitter to television.

The two companies have come to an intriguing agreement which will definitely benefit both.

Under the reported deal, “tweet-peats” will take place on repeat shows aired on the Fox network, in which at the bottom of the screen, viewers can read Twitter messages left by producers and even some cast members, answering viewer questions and giving commentary from behind the scenes.

For now, the experiment will be performed on repeat airings of “Fringe” and “Glee” but if it goes well one can bet more shows will be added.

Is there any sort of financial deal in place between the companies? We do not know the answer to this.
