Microsoft Cuts Price of Xbox 360 Elite

Software giant Microsoft have announced their intent to reduce the price of their Xbox360 Elite by as much as 25 percent in the country of Japan
Boston (DbTechNo) – Software giant Microsoft have announced their intent to reduce the price of their Xbox360 Elite by as much as 25 percent in the country of Japan.

This move is in direct response to Sony reducing the price of their PS3, which can now be purchased for $299.

Sony also have just unvailed their PS3 Slim, which is also retailing for $299.

I wish I’d held out a year to purchase my own PS3, as I paid 700 plus for the system, plus only 1 controller, a fact that I now kick myself for.

The Xbox 360 Elite comes with a 120-gigabyte hard disk drive, and a price tag of only $321.

Both companies are gearing up for the Christmas rush, a fact evident by their moves to reduce prices and bring out new versions of their most popular systems.

Staying steadfast however is Nintendo, who will not be reducing the price of their Wii for the holiday.
