Boston (DbTechNo) – People living in South Korea will be able to purchase the Apple iPhone starting next week.
The iPhones will be offered by KT Corp., South Korea’s largest phone and Internet company.
The company will offer the 8-gigabyte 3G, 16-gigabyte 3G S, and the 32-gigabyte 3G s models for consumers.
They plan to hold a launch event on November 28, the day that the phones become available to consumers.
Apple will not have a very strong foothold in the country, which is dominated by Samsung and LG Electronics.
One thing that Apple does have going for them, is hype, and with the best selling handset in the world being offered, they will surely be rewarded with a good response across South Korea.
