Apple Countersues Nokia for Patent Infringement

Boston (DbTechNo) – In the latest case of who is suing who, Apple have filed against Nokia claiming that the company infringed on 13 patents.

This follows an October lawsuit filed by Nokia against Apple stating that Apple is infringing on 10 of Nokia’s patents.

Nokia have not stated which patents are in question here, but we can confirm that the patents have been in use by Apple since 2007.

Whether or not Apple have a case or not, it is ironic that they would file a suit, after being sued by the largest handset maker in the world.

“Other companies must compete with us by inventing their own technologies, not just by stealing ours,” Apple said in a statement.
