
Boston (DbTechNo) – Many BlackBerry users are not happy as more problems receiving emails are being reported across North and South America.
This is the second email outage in December and is one that is not sitting well with consumers.
According to Research in Motion (RIM) the makers of the BlackBerry, their technical team is working on this latest problem to resolve it as fast as possible.
According to RIM, some users “are experiencing delays in message delivery. Technical teams are actively working to resolve the issue for those impacted.”
The BlackBerry is one of the most popular types of smartphone, but if this keeps up, it may quickly become one of the least popular.
This current email outage was reported by consumers on a variety of networks, including AT&T Inc and Verizon Communications.
