Boston (DbTechNo) – January 2010 could be a month for the history books as both Apple and Google are prepared to make major announcements about upcoming product releases.
First it is Google, who are rumored to be preparing to launch their Nexus One smartphone on January 5th if you believe the rumors floating around cyberspace.
Not to be outdone are Apple, whose rumored Tablet is also said to be the focus of a media event this month.
Adding fuel to the Tablet fire is former Google China president Kai-Fu Lee, who in a recent blog post stated that Apple are going to mass produce up to 10 million of the mini computers in their first year of release.
According to Lee, who has not worked for Apple in over a decade, he got his information from a close friend familiar with the project.
According to the blog post, the Tablet will come with a virtual keyboard, 3D graphics and a 10.1-inch touch screen, and will look just like an oversized iPhone.
