CES Breeding Ground For Cutting Edge Technology

Boston (DbTechNo) – The major theme at this year’s Consumer Electronics Show is Tablet and Slate mania.

For anybody looking for the newest cutting edge technology in mini computing, the CES is the place to be, especially this year.

Taking place in Los Vegas, CES brings together all electronic vendors who want to showcase their products, and is often a coming out party for brand new concepts in technology.

The majority of the buzz at CES is over a product that is not even on the show room floor as of yet, Apple’s rumored Tablet.

What is on display in Vegas will definitely not be staying in Vegas as when available for sale, will be the new best sellers when it comes to mobile computing.

“The real sizzle is the host of devices that transcend the now common standard,” said Kevin Dede, an analyst at brokerage Jesup and Lamont. “I’m blown away. It went way beyond my wildest imagination.”

One such example of technology reaching new heights would have to be the new IdeaPad U1 from China’s Lenovo.

From the outside, the mini computer has the appearance of a netbook but when opened up has an actual detachable screen that can be used for anything computer related.
