Motorola Will Launch Multiple Smartphones in China

Boston (DbTechNo) – Cellphone maker Motorola have announced plans to launch at least 5 new smartphones in China this year.

The smartphone is by far and away the most popular type of mobile phone on the market, with everybody and their uncle owning one of the little devices.

The phones are handy to say the least, as they allow for people to browse the web on the fly, checking and sending email, keeping up to date with appointments, and doing pretty much anything that can be done on an actual computer.

Apple currently dominate the market with their iPhone but other companies are taking up the challenge and coming out with their own models.

“In China, we’ve already launched two models last month, and there will be another one very very shortly, and probably another four or five later,” John Gherghetta, Corporate Vice President and General Manager of Mobile Devices Business, told reporters in Seoul.

All the smartphones will run Google’s Android operating system, come with new and improved camera options as well as better multimedia options.
