Beta Kindle Reader Software Released for the Mac

Boston (DbTechNo) – Those people with Mac computers will be pleased to know that a beta version of Kindle has just been released.

Kindle is Amazon’s vaunted ebook reader, allowing consumers to download books from the Amazon store and read them in a digital format.

Amazon have just released their Kindle for Mac software, which will allow for Mac users to take advantage of the Amazon store, downloading books without even needing to own a Kindle Reader.

The software is already available for people with iPhones, BlackBerries and Windows operating systems, so it was only a matter of time before it became available for the Mac.

It is estimated that the Amazon store has 450,000 books for sale.
