If I Could Turn Back Time – Plastic Surgery Regrets of The Stars

Everyone is in search of the perfect body. Many stars will take drastic measures to have the perfect look, including surgery. However, many have discovered that after they have surgery, they wish they had left well enough alone.

Dana Delaney, star of Desperate Housewives, is one who is regretting what she had done. After several series of Botox injections, her face has appeared asymmetrical. She stated that before the injections, her face had a symmetrical appearance.

“Something nobody ever talks about is doctor error,” explained Delaney in a recent interview. “Seven years ago, I had never even heard about Botox. My dermatologist was saying, “You should try it.” He injected my forehead, hit a nerve, and created a huge hematoma. The nerve has been dead ever since. It affected the muscle in my right eye, so my eye has started to droop a little bit. Now that I said this to you, everybody will look for it! I notice it more than anybody else, but I was symmetrical before and now I am not.”

Jennifer Gray, star of Dirty Dancing despises her nose job. She had had such a dramatic change that she is hardly noticeable. She was recently quoted saying: “I went in the operating theater a celebrity – and came out anonymous. It was like being in a witness protection program or being invisible.” Since her infamous nose job, she has lost popularity, partly because she has lost the charm she had in her movie roles.

Heidi Montag probably has the biggest regrets of all. After having more than 10 plastic surgeries she is miserable. She now has a plastic body and she believes it has ruined her career and personal life. She has gone on record staying: “I wish I could jump in a time machine and take it all back.”

“I’ve tried a lot of things, but aside from sports and good nutrition, most things don’t make a difference,” Kidman, 43, tells the German magazine TV Movie. “I have also tried Botox.”

“I didn’t like how my face looked afterwards,” she says. “Now I don’t use it anymore – I can move my forehead again!”

Denise Richards recently revealed to Us Weekly in an article titled, ‘Why I Regret My Boob Jobs’ why she regretted getting breast implants.

“When I was 19, a doctor put in bigger implants than what I asked for. I was in such a hurry to get them that I didn’t research my doctor,” Richards says. “I just thought because they’re a plastic surgeon, they must be good. You have to be your advocate for your own body and ask 100 questions.”

No matter what Hollywood’s fascination is with plastic surgery it doesn’t always have great results. Sometimes, it is best just to leave well enough alone and stick with what one was created with.
