The country singer can be seen wearing white track short, a headband, and finger less gloves while lifting a kettle ball. Most impressively the forty-seven year old can be seen sporting an amazing set of eight-pack abs. One the cover of the magazine he can be seen wearing is signature black cowboy hat and grey t-shirt.

This article comes after Tim Mcgraw decided to get sober. Reported he was an alcoholic for a number of years, but became sober after his wife told him that he had “gone too far”. One the inside article, the singer stated that he admits that “he may take things too far”. However, this may be a good thing seeing as he looks fantastic. The singer quit drinking seven years ago, and has replaced it with a lot of weight training. Tim Mcgraw reports that his workout routine involves a lot of weight training, battle ropes, high-box steps, core building twists, and lifting heavy chains.

Tim Mcrgraw speaks openly about his addictions to alcohol during his interview with Men’s Health magazine. He states that he made his decision not for his career, but so he could have a better relationship with his family. He also states that it is an embarrassing thing when you wife has to tell you to stop drinking. Tim Mcgraw also goes into his history with alcohol during the article. He states that he started parting at a young age, and spent a huge amount of time with fellow drinkers. This is not surprising, see as he entered the music industry when he was only nineteen years old, and quickly developed a love of whiskey. Despite this, the sings is healthier than he has even been and still working hard.
