On April 2, eight-year-old Gurkiren Kaur Loyal died after being injected with a mysterious chemical that immediately killed her in India. Once her body was shipped home to Britain, it was found that all of her organs had been surgically removed with only her eyeballs left. Initially, the mother of the child asked the assistant what they were injecting her with, but was not given a response. She was quickly transported to another hospital after being injected, but could not be saved.
Gurkiren Kaur Loyal was originally from Britain and was on a trip to India with her family when she was admitted to the hospital for dehydration. A family of the friend suggested that the young girl had been killed to harvest her organs. The family was not asked to pay for anything while she was in the hospital, and her medical records were disposed of. The family was told that Gurkiren Kaur Loyal’s body would need a post-mortem examination before being sent back to Britain, but instead was given the examination by a non-qualified junior.
In recent years, India has become known for an underground market for organs that the rich often seek out to live longer. An investigation has been opened regarding the young girl’s death.
