Man holds up store with toy gun and can’t work the Door

James Allen had difficulty telling the difference when it came time to push or pull the door to leave the scene of a robbery.

The twenty-eight year old Allen revealed his face to the closed circuit cameras in the store when he removed his balaclava after having difficulty with the door.

Allen kicked a panel close to the door breaking it, and caused a display to fall before he fell to the ground.

Allen then demanded that he be let out of the store by Amanda Croke, the manager of the shop.

Allan, of no fixed abode, made off with just £134.98 but was found by police 3 hours later still lingering around the scene of the crime.

Allen received three years for the incident.

He held up the store with a toy gun.
