   Huh..we had a guy in our Army unit in the seventies nicking underwear from the married quarters….he got caught and arrested. Following his trial and found guilty, the ‘local rag’ published the following headline… ‘NAUGHTY KNICKER NICKER FINED TEN NICKER’…boom boom….
