Siblings get 35 years After Cross Country Crime Spree

A cross country crime spree from Florida to Colorado has ended with the Dougherty siblings being sentenced to thirty-five years in prison, according to media reports Monday.

Dylan, Lee Grace and Ryan Dougherty all plead guilty to firearm and robbery in Georgia. The three entered their own pleas and there was no disclosure of the deals terms that were made with prosecutors.

The three were captured during August of 2011 and as a result have charges from Colorado that they plead guilty to as well. Those charges resulted in thirty-two years for Dylan Dougherty Stanley, twenty-four years for Lee Grace Dougherty and eighteen years for Ryan Dougherty. There are still charges pending in Florida for a high speed chase they allegedly shot at an officer during.

Judge Lawson gave the siblings five years of release supervised in addition to thirty-five years and eight months in prison. The three could be out in thirty years if they have good conduct in prison.
