Nah the NHS should not help, he was able to afford enough food to eat to get to 70 stone, he has not helped himself to lose weight and change his life he rely’d on an operation not dieting and exercise and hard work, yet he now wants more free NHS help to sort him out! Nah I object to my tax and NI paying for stuff like this.
