Woman, 27 Suing NYPD for Stolen Nude Photos

A 27-year-old woman is reportedly making plans to sue the New York Police Department after an officer allegedly took photos from her phone.

Pamela Held and her boyfriend were stopped for a traffic violation and an expired inspection sticker in February. During the stop, police found prescription drugs in the vehicle and brought the pair in for questioning.

During the questioning, a question arose about the couple’s whereabouts that evening and Ms. Held offered her phone and password to officers to verify text messages that revealed the evening’s activities.

While the phone was in possession of the police, officer Sean Christian, 41, allegedly found provocative photos of Ms. Held on the phone and sent them to his personal cell phone.

Ms. Held, a resident of Deer Park, Long Island stated, “It makes me sick. I don’t even want to think about what he’s done with them.”

Ms. Held took the nude photographs of herself with her phone while posing in a provocative manner. She then forwarded the images to her boyfriend.

The New York Daily News has been informed by a source from the NYPD that Christian is now the subject of an Internal Affairs investigation at the department.
