Bigfoot sighting In North Carolina: Big Foot Spotted in Tar Heel State
Asheville, North Carolina – Eric Walters was taking a quiet stroll on the outskirts of the city this past Thursday morning alongside his pet pooch Zippy when he witnessed the unbelievable: Big Foot.
The two metre tall hairy beast may have quite possibly been creeping on Walters from a crouching position behind a bush on the dirt road. As per Walters, it was his pet that first noticed the mythical man-beast watching them some 40 to 50 metres off in the distance.
“Either there’s a Sasquatch out there or someone is trying to play a practical joke,” said Walters.
Walters caught the moment using his cell phone camera. In the footage, the Sasquatch is seen standing up and walking off into the brush while the dog Zippy takes off in his direction.
The audio makes it clear that Walters was frightened at the dark hairy silhouette gazing in their direction. On the other hand, his Yorkshire Terrier was overcome by the “little big dog” syndrome and seemed ready to defend its master at all cost. It is unlikely the footage will solve the question of whether Big Foot truly exists.
Despite high definition video equipment being readily available in smartphones and camcorders for years now, the only footage of Big Foot gala banding about consists of grainy images with insufficient resolution to prove its existence once and for all.
This is not the first time there has been a Bigfoot sighting in the Tar Heel State.
In 2011, Thomas Byers of Shelby shot video of a Sasquatch crossing the road in Rutherford County about 300 miles away from where Walters spotted his Bigfoot.
Byers saw the seven-foot-tall creature leave a field and cross in front of his truck, ABC reported.
He said: ‘It was one of the most amazing things I have ever seen.’
