I’m sorry to say, but as a rule Subways in my part of the country do not seem clean. I live in a small town in the upper south and there are not many restaurants to choose from; however, I went in the Subway in our town once, and didn’t like the looks of it. Later the Health Dept in my town gave it a not so good rating. I’d believe just about anything about Subways. Too bad because some of the sandwiches seem healthier than other fast food places.
I don’t believe it is true. I’ve never worked in a Subway, but Subway makes the sandwiches in front of you. If you watch the way the meats, the veggies, and the lettuce are placed on a sandwich, there is no way that mouse could not have been, at least, felt by the employee, much less not seen by the customer when applied to the sandwich. It’s either a hoax, an attempt to get money or put into play by competition. I’ve worked in many fast food places, this could not happen. A roach maybe, a fly possibly… not a small mouse…
After 40+ years in the food service industry . I find it very difficult to believe that a sandwich maker did not feel something amiss with the spinach . This has con written all over it .

Looks like a perfectly good mousewich to me. Probably died from eating healthy.
