Biz Markie Lucky Charms
Wow! Kids the all over love the Hearts, stars, rainbows, clovers and blue moons from the most popular kids cereal on the market, Lucky Charms. And now, Lucky Charms is even more magically delicious.
After General Mills has reportedly said that their Lucky Charms team has received numerous calls, tweets, emails, and Facebook from fans wanting an all marshmallow version of their tasty treat, the Lucky Charms team has decided to release an all marshmallow cereal version of everyone’s favorite sugar cereal in an exciting new sweepstakes.
They will be giving away only 10 boxes of the coveted cereal. And you haven’t even heard the best part…
Biz Markie, The high-strung rapper famous for his song “You got what I need”, from 1988 and of Yo Gabba Gabba beat box fame, is the promotional face for the new sweepstakes.
Biz Markie has even sweetened the deal with a fun parody of his famous song in a new jingle for the General Mills exclusive cereal promotion.
The description for the Biz Markie Lucky Charms video reads:
The unicorn of the cereal world is real! Biz Markie and Lucky Charms team up to launch #Lucky10Sweepstakes—the first time in history America’s favorite marshmallows are available in official Lucky Charms Marshmallow Only boxes…But only for the lucky 10.
Biz Markie wrote the new, fun lyrics himself for the commercial, and he explains all of the details for the new promotion, including the rules and regulations in the colorful 90 second commercial spot. It is great to see the perpetually enthusiastic Biz Markie again, and I love that my kids will be singing along to a version of the hit song that was all the rage back in my day. Welcome back Biz Markie.
