My first thoughts are one of repulsion. But then I stopped to think, who are they hurting here? You’ve got a sick person who is paralysed and you’ve got a body donor that presumably has died. The body donor doesn’t know what’s happened to their body after they’ve died and presumably the operation is a success and the patient is able to live a normal life afterwards. Who’s being hurt here, other than the religious fruitcakes who think this is against God’s will, when no one can actually prove he existed let alone know what his will is.

Just because it might be possible doesn’t mean we should. As the advanced supposedly species on the planet we should be the guardians of all the incredible flora and fauna . Not butchering poor creatures. When humans get ill or paralysed its nature. We are not meant to live forever
