The Hollywood Hills house that is referred to as a treehouse and was once owned by the late actor Heath Ledger has been sold.

The new owner is another famous Hollywood actor: Josh Hutcherson. An actor since childhood, Hutcherson’s most popular role to date was as Peeta Mellark in this year’s hit movie “The Hunger Games.”

Hutcherson reportedly paid $3 million for the 1,861 square-foot house that has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house is secluded and seats on the side of a hill.

The home is not actually a treehouse. However, it got the nickname because it’s completely surrounded by large trees. Its interior is made of natural wood.

Other features include a large outdoor deck, fire pit, grill and screened sunroom. The home was completed in 1951. Entertainer Ellen DeGeneres once owned the house.

Ledger lived in the house in 2008. He died the same year in New York City due to a prescription drugs overdose.
