Is it true that Katy Perry sleeps with the lights on?

Various insiders close to the pop singer say that this is indeed the case. Many people say that she has a kind of phobia of the dark, and so she does this out of a kind of necessity, not out of any weird (shall we say, kinky) sort of thing.

Earlier this year she revealed in a interview that when she was alone, she had to have the lights on.

“I sleep with lights on unless I’m with Russell’ she revealed to the Radio Times. ‘I think a lot of evil things go on in the dark.

“I still have to cover my toes because I’m like that kid who thinks there’s a witch under my bed who’s going to eat my tootsies off. I have nightmares. Russell is my dreamcatcher.”

The pop singer also reportedly has developed all kinds of idiosyncratic mannerisms, due to having been on tour for so many years now.

This of course is a natural consequence to being “displaced” for so long, but physicians that have opined on the matter believe that this can be helped with therapy.
