Sally Struthers OUI?
Sally Struthers was arrested for drunk driving in Maine on Tuesday, Sept. 12. She was charged with an OUI, which stands for operating under the influence.
According to the HuffPost, a few states, including Maine, use the OUI charge; people can be charged with OUI even if the car is not running and is stopped.
Sally Struthers is well-known for her role as Gloria in “All in the Family,” and as a Christian Children’s Fund spokesperson.
Sixty-five year old, Struthers, was handcuffed, but released shortly after she was taken into custody. Bail was posted at $160.
Arraignment is scheduled for December 14. Since Struthers is a first-time offender, she could get a 90-day suspension of her license and a $500 fine, with no jail time.
Struthers moved quickly into stardom between the late 1960s and early 1970s achieved fame as Gloria Stivic on the 1970s sitcom, All in the Family.
Her last TV role was on BIO’s Celebrity Ghost Stories in 2011, according to IMDB.
