Tori Spelling “remains in the hospital and is resting comfortably,” according to a statement released by her rep. The remarks were issued after several reports announced the celebrity had been rushed to the emergency room on Saturday for complications stemming from her C-section.

The 39-year-old actress gave birth to her fourth child, Finn Davey McDermott, on August 30th.

Details remain few on the seriousness of the complications. However, Finn appears to be doing well. The baby boy was born weighing 6 lbs, 9 oz.. The proud parents gushed over Finn in a post on Tori’s blog a few weeks ago.

Tori and husband Dean McDermott are also parents to Liam Aaron, 5; Stella Doreen, 4; and Hattie Margaret, 11 months.

This is Tori’s fourth C-section. According to the NYDailyNews, Tori was also hospitalized following the birth of Hattie, last October. At the time, the actress complained of migraines.
