Bristol Palin: “My mom’s way hotter!”
Apparently it takes more than an Emmy to impress Bristol Palin. Bristol, who is a contestant on this seasons Dancing With the Stars, was less than impressed with Julianne Moore’s portrayal of her mother in the Emmy award winning film, “Game Change”.
Bristol tells Us Weekly, “She doesn’t have that accent. It’s all kind of silly. My mom’s awesome”. Later in the interview Palin goes on to say “I don’t think she’s a good interpreter of my mom, my mom’s way hotter than that”.
The harsh critique comes after Moore, in her acceptance speech for Best Actress in a Miniseries or Movie, laughed stating “I feel so validated because Sarah Palin gave me a big thumbs down.”
“Game Change,” which took home five Emmy Awards, is a dramatization of the events surrounding the 2008 presidental election.
“Wow. I feel so validated because Sarah Palin gave me a big thumbs down,” said Moore during the September 23 telecast.
Bristol, who has found herself in the bottom two twice already on this season of DWTS, say she’s just trying to do better each week.
“Um, I’m definitely not the best dancer,” she explained to us. “But I’m having a good time. I think I’m the most improved and I’m just out there to do better each week.”
So will mom be the next Palin to lace up her dancing shoes?
“I don’t think she’d ever have time to do the show,” Bristol said.
