Anne Hathaway Talks About Wanting a Baby
Actress Anne Hathaway recently said in an interview that she and her husband have been talking about having a baby. Hathaway, 30, married Adam Schulman on September 30. She and Schulman dated for four years before getting married.
Hathaway says she has been contemplating the impact of her fame on her life, and planning how a baby would fit in. “I’m thinking about [it] because I really want to have a baby, and my husband and I are like, ‘Where are we gonna live?'” she said recently at “Actress Roundtable” sponsored by The Hollywood Reporter.
Hathaway is starring as Fantine in the film version of Les Miserable, which is due to be released soon. She confesses she fretted about getting the part because her mother had been an understudy for the same role over thirty years ago in a national tour of the musical.
Anne told the Daily Mail: “My mom was in the first national tour, and she understudied the character Fantine whom I wound up playing.
“It made me nervous to tell her that I was auditioning for it, just because I knew how much it would mean to her, and I was worried that if I didn’t get it, she would be disappointed, and if
I did get it, it would be weird.’
