‘Glee’ star Mark Salling Plays Bad Boy in Real Life

Mark Salling, the “Glee” star that plays Noah Puckerman has filed a countersuit against Playboy model Roxanne Gorzela (PHOTO). In January of this year, Roxanne, who also works as a DJ, sued Salling for sexual assault battery after he allegedly held her down and had sex with her without a condom. Gorzela claims that she was willing to sleep with Mark but only with protection.

She went on to claim that she went to his house to confront him and found him in bed with another woman. She demanded proof that he had no STDS. Then Salling allegedly attacked her, pushing her to the ground. Salling’s version of the tale is much different, however.

He claims that Gorzela came into his home without permission then screamed and yelled at him. He also claims that she also hit him on the arms, face and chest. After this, she allegedly took her rage out on his car where she used a variety of items from her purse to scratch it and caused “substantial” damage. Salling is suing for an unspecified amount of damaging.

If these two cannot settle their differences in a reasonable amount of time, they will be forced to allow a jury to decide their fate.

The 30-year-old actor previously spoke out about the case, admitting he was eager to take the matter to court in a bid to clear his name.

He said, “You hear about fraudulent lawsuits all the time and until it happens to you, you really don’t grasp what it does to not just you, but to your family, and you want the legal process to start as soon as possible but it just takes time… I just want the chance to defend myself and I will, vigorously.”
