In the name of art, 29-year-old 5’10” dutch beauty Lara Stone has posed naked in front of red meat. Photographs of the nude beauty were taken by renowned contemporary artist Marc Quinn of London, England.
Now, ever since Demi Moore took famous nude photographs sporting her baby bump in 1991, celebrities have been much less inhibited about being photographed naked.
In the case of Mrs. Stone, the dutch model was fully naked lying atop and against a backdrop of red meat. It is the precisely the type of backdrop that would get Lady Gaga jealous.
Quinn displayed his artwork at the Italy’s 55th Venice Biennale festival.
Stone gave birth to a baby boy this past May 6th. It was the first child between her and husband David Williams who married back in 2010. Previous artwork from Quinn include a golden statue of model Kate Moss striking a unique yoga pose. The statuette fetched the handsome price of £1.5 million.
Earlier this year model Sienna Miller posed nude with her baby bump for artist Jonathon Yeo.
In the case of Miller, she was showing that women do not need to be inhibited about the physical changes they incur during pregnancy.
