Singer Miley Cyrus released her new single “We Can’t Stop” on Monday to excited fans who were also left goggling at her skimpy attire. Cyrus chose to promote the song by donning a monokini with a diving neckline that barely covers the essentials.
Ahead of the song promotion, Cyrus, 20, tweeted a series of revealing photos to her Twitter followers. One photo showed Cyrus posing in silver platform shoes while hiding her nearly nude body behind a large stuffed teddy bear. The other photos showed the singer in workout clothes that were inspired by the 80s.
In an interview with Ryan Seacreast, Cyrus explained the new single is “a new Miley, more funky and R&B and pop. It is infectious. Fans will be surprised and excited.”
Cyrus, who is the daughter of country crooner Billy Ray Cyrus, began her career in the movie “Big Fish” then later found stardom in the Disney series “Hannah Montana”. She surprised the world in 2012 by taking on a new, edgier look that features short blond hair, sexier outfits and heavy makeup.
It has been recently reported that Cyrus and her fiance, Liam Hemsworth, have broken off their engagement and gone their separate ways.
