Singer Michael Bublé‘s son Noah was rushed to hospital in Argentina after being scalded with hot water.
A rep for the Canadian singer said the 22-month-old is “fine” and the accident was “nothing major at all.”
Additional details were not provided and it is not known exactly when the accident occurred.
According to a report Thursday in Primicias Ya, the toddler suffered burns to six per cent of his body.
Bublé’s wife, Argentinian actress Luisana Lopilato, thanked fans for their well-wishes in a Facebook and Twitter post.
“Thanks to everyone for supporting me in these moments,” she wrote Thursday in Spanish. “My son is doing very well. God willing, we will go home soon.”
“He’s okay. It’s tough to see him go through it,” Bublé tells ET Canada. “I try to remind Lu that we are lucky — that it could have been worse.”
Noah was in Buenos Aires with his mother while Bublé remained in the U.S., reports PEOPLE.
The model and Bublé, 39, were married in 2011 and welcomed their first child in August 2013.
“Everything is cute. He’s the best,” Bublé told PEOPLE of his son last week. “What I like is, I ask him to do this face. I say, ‘Cara dulce,’ which means, ‘Do your sweet face.’ And he does this cute little face. The kid kills me.”
A few days before the accident, Lopez tweeted an adorable photo of father-and-son sleeping side-by-side.
