Funny man Tracy Morgan was at the Yankees game cheering the team to victory against the Boston Red Sox on Tuesday, but ended up receiving a little applause of his own.

According to reports, the 46-year-old Bronx native, a long staple at Yankees games, sat in the front row with his fiancée Megan Wollover and daughter Maven, 2. When the comedian’s face was shown on the scoreboard during the game, the crowd immediately broke into cheers and applause. Morgan smiled, and waved for the camera.

The game was Morgan’s first following the tragic 2014 bus accident that left him critically injured, and fellow comedian James McNair dead.

Morgan’s limousine was slammed into by a Walmart tractor-trailer on the New Jersey Turnpike. The megastore settled with the actor almost a year after the accident, and Morgan dropped the lawsuit.
