Adele drunk tweets
Like many of us, Adele is still struggling to navigate the pitfalls of social media.
Recently the ‘Hello’ singer admitted to one hilarious faux pas she’s
Apparently she’s been tweeting under the influence.
Lucky for her, though, she’s got an ace team in place to rein in her alcohol-fueled musings.
During an audience Q&A while taping her hour-long BBC special, where she performed her record-shattering single “Hello,” a fan asked the singer about her alleged social media protocol.
“Rumor has it you’re not allowed to access your own Twitter account,” the audience member asked, to which Adele confirmed with a laugh
That is true, yeah,” she said. “I’m not a drinker anymore, but when Twitter first came out, I was drunk-Tweeting and nearly put my foot in quite a few times. So my management decided that you have to go through two people, and then it has to be signed off by someone.”
Despite the approval precautions put in place, the 27-year-old mom says all the posts are hers.
“They’re all my Tweets. No one writes my Tweets. They just post them for me,” she added.
The star’s U.K. special will air on BBC on Nov. 20, the same day as her much-anticipated their LP, 25, is set to drop.
