Brad and Angelina in Bitter Custody Battle, Jolie demanding Brad take Drug Tests.
The custody case between Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt continues with Brads former wife having him drug tested four times a month. Brad has filed court documents requesting that all records of the custody case be kept under seal. The drug testing revelation came to light during this filing. The actor was forced into filing for sealed findings after Jolie and her lawyers filed an agreement that meant the case would be public and not sealed.
A stipulation filed on court earlier this month shows information regarding the children’s therapy and a psychologist was determining a visitation schedule. Pitt and Jolie are also having group therapy sessions with the children. The court filing also claims Jolie refused to enter into a stipulation and has compromised the children’s privacy by filing publicly.
Jolies lawyer has said to Pitts lawyers ‘You have made it clear that Brad intends to file an RFO for increased custodial time next week and that nothing the therapists say during our meeting on Monday will change Brad’s position. Therefore, we will be filing this Stipulation and Order RE Child Custody and Therapy.’
It seems as if both parties are unable to come to agreements involving the custody of their children and may be in for a messy and public custody battle. Angelina currently has primary custody of their children; twins Vivienne and Knox 8, Shiloh 10, Zahara 11, Pax 13, and Maddox 15. They are living a rented Malibu home Jolie acquired just before the split. Pitt meanwhile has not been making public appearances and did not promote his new film Allied.
