Carrie Underwood Getting Back To Work After Giving Birth

Could Carrie Underwood’s family possibly be any cuter? We don’t think so.

Carrie Underwood – who gave birth to her first child with husband NHL’er Mike Fisher just three months ago – is already back in rehearsals.

The boys were on hand to support her at the stuido – though it looks like they used the time to (adorably) catch up on some sleep!

“Isaiah’s first band rehearsal…as you can see he & his daddy were totally into it! #naptime #earmuffs #sweetdreams,” the “Little Toy Guns” singer, 32, jokingly captioned the photo, which shows daddy and baby asleep (with little Isaiah wearing protective earmuffs).

Underwood was preparing for Wednesday’s CMT Music Awards performance, her first since welcoming her son. Pregnancy is “such a miracle and such a beautiful thing,” she told PEOPLE days before her son’s arrival.

Soon after, Fisher added, “We’re definitely blessed to have him join us in our lives. There’s no better feeling.”

Mike turned 35-years-old on Friday, and Carrie wished him a happy birthday with a touching tweet that read: ‘Happy birthday to my best friend, my partner in this crazy life & the best daddy little Isaiah could ever have! We love you @mikefisher1212’.

The athlete gave a glimpse of his birthday festivities when he tweeted that same day, ‘Thanks for all the bday wishes! Had a great day #breakfastinbed #familytime #gocarting #stillakid’.

Meanwhile, Carrie’s career continues to shine as she has been nominated for five CMT Awards, including two nods for Video Of The Year.

The awards show will air on June 10.
