Maybe the short sighted doctors and CDC will stop rolling their eyes at us. People travel, people move. There are a lot more cases nationally than the CDC knows about. I’m thankful for the test my naturopath knew to do since the western blot is not so accurate. It’s a disease that is finally getting a tiny bit of attention

      Sandi,

What test did your naturopath use? I’ve had the western blot which came up positive for 2 bands but my dr wouldn’t treat me based on CDC guidelines.

COVER UP and LIES! Ohh, you’ve not been following? CDC-MAYO….IDSA-YALE, NIH, FDA, Big Parm, and Millions of oathless Doctors that have been covering this up for DECADES!
When the heat get’s turned up…they go “hey look what we just found” Meanwhile they know they’ve been allowing MILLIONS OF VICTIMS to suffer and die…for DECADES!
Few years back you know CDC fell on their face and had to admit that #’s where 10 times higher due to their corrupt counting methods. So they admit that close to half a MILLION people WILL become INFECTED each year!!! And this is Acceptable? That’s like close to 1000 Victims each week, each year! OUCH!
As I’m sure you know, not only the numbers have increased, so has the map….yes they now have a new map showing how bad it is in EVERY state…supposablly they didn’t know and we should be greatful that they have spent MILLIONS of tax dollars to tell us old news. Yes, even this so called “new” strain of Lyme is not new! Hello…..it’s called Lyme+ because of all the strains and the Co-Infections…yes some of them are instant DEATH! You should ask CDC why this is acceptable??? It is also known that not only Ticks carry Lyme+ but so do other insects and it’s also sexually transmitted and in our Blood/Organ Supply!

Now that you’ve opened your eyes a bit are you happy with CDC motto? CDC=Center Disease CONTROL and PREVENTION 24/7 SAVING lives, PROTECTING people??? You do know also that CDC and IDSA have been keeping the Corrupt Guidelines for accurate tests and treatments void so that people will maintain as VICTIMS! Is this acceptable? Have you asked them why? for years they’ve not come forward with those more accurate tests and treatments? After all…they are able to roll a log when they choose and bam! all of the sudden they’ve got a “new strain” low and behold!…so no accurate Tests? no accurate Treatment…but “they” are capable of having an accurate test to test a new strain??????? FISHY FISHY FISHY! Got something even more fishy for ya…You do remember a few years back…IDSA had a brain fart and said you know we want to hear from the people on FaceBook how we are doing our job…Well, Thousands and Thousands of LYME+ VICTIMS responded….what did IDSA do? They got FB to erase every Victims plea for help. The IDSA at a peaceful gathering used the hotel security and police to try and intimidate people that where sick and asking for answes from the IDSA as to what they where going to do about LYME+ Issues. I mean what do you see here? I see a Bully with alot of truth to hide….what you think???????? Thank you CDC and IDSA and the rest of you followers..for doing NOTHING! for Lyme+Victims…NOTHING!

The CDC needs to get on the right path here and recognize that even 1 positive band on a western blot can mean symptomatic chronic Lyme! Other countries treat people with 1 band but not here in the great USA. Do you realize how hard it is when you feel like garbage and the only Drs that will do anything for you don’t take insurance?? I’m stuck in limbo here. Let’s acknowledge Lyme disease here in the US before we all start freaking out over the Zika virus or a second Lyme bacteria. Wonder if testing for this strain is even available yet??
