Now, the iPhone 5 doesn’t have an official release date yet, but there is a lot of speculation that Apple will release it in the fall, likely early September, to coincide with the launch of the iOS6. With an update to the operating system of the iPhone, a hardware upgrade is likely as well.
The iPhone 5 is going to be a big deal. Personally designed by the late Steve Jobs, it’s set to be a huge leap forward in smartphone technology. There are prototypes of the iPhone5 which have been leaked, and a first look reveals features such as a larger screen than previous models, a quad core processor, and 4G technology. And while a 4-inch screen is likely, a curved glass screen for the iPhone 5 is as guaranteed.
Rumors point to the iPhone 5 being unveiled at Apple’s Worldwide Developer Event, which will take place in early June.
