At the Brooklyn Heights Public Library, a 52-year old man was watching porn on one of the public computers at 7:20pm on Tuesday, May 15, 2012. A homeless man, with his wife spotted the 52-year old watching porn and the homeless man immediately accused him of watching porn in a public library.
The 52-year old man then exclaimed he would hit him with his chair and he did. The homeless man claimed to have a knife, which is when he stabbed the 52-year old in the chest. The homeless man’s wife asked how they would get to Peekskill. The 52-year old is recovering at Bellevue Hospital. The homeless man, identified as Ralph Neptune was charged with assault, menacing and and criminal possession of a weapon.
