Wal-Mart has decided to limit the sale of their gun ammunition. It has been reported by http://www.nydailynews.com/news, that the retailer has to limit the sale of gun ammunition.
Since the Dec. 14th shooting in Newtown, Connecticut, Wal-Mart has seen an increase in the sales of their ammunition and has decided to limit the sale to 3 boxes per person, per day. They are hoping this will help with their diminishing supply.
Wal-Mart is the largest retailer of gun and ammunition sales in the United States. A spokesman for Wal-Mart says they are trying to find the right balance; provide for the hunters, but also be responsible for the safety of the American people.
Wal-Mart, following Mayor Bloombergs coalition, adopted a 10 point system that goes way beyond what the law requires.
The limit started on Jan. 24th and it is not known how long the limit on sales will last.
