    I know from experience most cable companies treat their employees like sh*t. You can bet that was an edit from a disgruntled employee. “We are conducting a thorough investigation to determine what happened” basically means they could care less and aren’t going to do diddly squat.

    Yesterday I was repeatedly referred to as ma’am by the Time Warner retention person, but I just ignored it. I actually thought it was kind of awesome. Maybe I do sound like a woman on the phone, but I don’t think so. I know I would be unhappy, if I had to go to work and try and convince people to keep paying for a shoddy product.
