just wanna say USA needs to Al-Qaida, ISIS, Taliban, Boko haram etc…you need to have “ENEMIES” just like dictators in Iran.. you made them with corporation of your allies Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Turkey and Qatar.. you are feeding them.. never think about innocent people of region… Islamic Republic is also made by you and of course had/has many benefits for you.. you are now in Persian Gulf … selling multi billion dollar weapons to Arabia states… I thought American people are smart but after reading comments found out most of them are mentally sick, Credulous and stupid
I feel odd to have to qualify myself before making a comment but here goes. I am a strongly fiscal conservative with certain liberal leanings when it comes to my fellow Americans. I did not vote for Obama, and due to my Independent stance, often get criticized by both my liberal and conservative friends. I’d like to think I am a realist, but I am sure that will be debated here too.
I cannot help but notice that each President is scorned dramatically without grace, honor, or decorum, even when they have shown their critics and criticisms to be false. This President took a strong and prudent action against the Iranians. This is a separate issue from the nuclear talks. This is an effective use of gunboat diplomacy, but it really is too bad that it had to be used.
The CIC should be applauded here and the detractors that say he is not tough with the world that exposes bad intent are foolish at best IMHO. More terrorist have been dispatched than in all of the other administrations put together. He has effectively used diplomacy in man instances over war, and has not sent our finest to die at the behest of others. He has held Israel accountable and demanded and received better behavior from Middle East and Central Asian countries. He has stood against the Russians and the obvious narcissistic and self serving ploys of Putin.
I have often been critical of his thinking and experience, but he has learned and has become quite a positive force in our country like him or not. This is simply an opinion that is backed up by his recent history and nothing more.
Sunni vs Shia for the heavy weight championship of the world! Thats the way muslims see it, anyways. I ask, which side is worse than the other? I guess it depends on which side has more power, and cunning. Neither side is a friend of the west. So why do we always pick a side? National security? Perhaps. I don’t see how selling Iran enriched uranium (Hillary Clinton and Barack O’dumbo) enhances our national security? I know this story isn’t about that, but it is a factor in this Sunni vs Shia battle. It seems we side with both, fueling ongoing battles. We inject ourselves like instigators. But look at our president and say he isn’t exactly that, an instigator. There should be no wonder why the middle east, and parts of africa are burning. It is by the design of one man.
